Will my site go down during migration?+
No. We use a TTL-drop and zero-downtime cut-over pattern that swaps nameservers in minutes, with the new edge already warmed and serving. We monitor uptime continuously through the change window and keep a rollback plan ready. Visitors see no interruption.
Do you keep my emails working?+
Yes. Email is the most common thing to break in a migration, so it gets first-class attention. We inventory your MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and any aliases before we touch DNS. If you use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or a separate mail host, we preserve it exactly. Custom-domain forwarding is included on every plan.
What if my current host has a contract or lock-in?+
Tell us upfront and we will work around it. We can do a soft migration (we manage your DNS and edge protection while your site stays on the current host) and complete the host move later when the contract ends. Most migrations are non-blocking — only the DNS and certs move first; hosting moves on its own timeline.
Can I leave and take my domain back?+
Always. You own your domain, your data, and your DNS configuration. We give you 30 days notice if you cancel, and we hand back nameserver control and a full export of your config, content, and any data we stored on your behalf. No lock-in.
Where is my data stored?+
Cached static content is served from the global edge network (330+ PoPs worldwide). Origin storage (your databases, R2 buckets, object storage) can be pinned to specific regions — UAE / EU / India / US — depending on compliance needs. On Pro and above we configure data-residency rules as part of onboarding.
Are you Cloudflare?+
We operate on top of Cloudflare's infrastructure to deliver our managed edge platform. Quixo Cloud is the managed service — the AED billing, the GCC-hours support, the migration help, the single team to call. The underlying network gets us the speed and scale; we get you the experience and the price.
What about VAT and invoicing?+
You receive a single monthly tax invoice from Quixo Hub - F.Z.C (Ajman Free Zone, FZA Licence 50228) in AED. VAT is shown line-by-line where applicable. We can issue invoices in USD on request for international customers.
How is support delivered?+
WhatsApp and email during GCC working hours on Essentials. Priority response with a 4-hour SLA on Pro. 24/5 incident response on Enterprise. A real person picks up; no ticket-system black holes.
